Client sites are hosted at a rate of two pounds per month payable annualy in advance.

Twenty four pounds per year it is then.

Reliability

I do not have a server unit physically in my home. That would be financially inefficient and maintenence wise a potential nightmare. My server is kept up to date and maintained for me by one of the worlds largest website hosts. It is under a twenty four hour contract and they have the required parts and personnel on site to fix any server problem be it hardware or software at any time. This suits me nicely.

One major benefit to both of us is that your site will be online at all times.

I do not insist upon hosting customers websites.

If you already have webspace which you prefer to use or would like to set up your own website hosting then go for it.

In this circumstance I would preview the site for you on my server as normal but the site would not be transferred to your domain until it has been paid for and the cheque has cleared. No offence intended. I have to be a realist.
